1) eMarketing
• Collaborate with WW Digital marketing to develop yearly objectives and budgets
• Manage marketing activities to ensure to meet the agreed targets with maximum ROI
• Support the development and execution of successful eMarketing campaigns with the regional E-Business team
• Collaborate the digital marketing events and activities with Digital Communications team such as preparing social media or viral marketing
• Perform online market research and share the insights on online competitors and new trend for digital industry with the team
• Identify opportunities to exploit market developments and assess the health of the e-business via using web analytic tools on key indicators. Identify emerging trends and determine underlying factors that are influencing business performance
• Study and investigate to find the advanced UX and UI approach for the better localization
2) Analytics
• Prepare weekly/monthly analytic reports on business performances as well as on digital marketing results
• Analyze data from the digital agency’s reports and web analytics tools
• Implement sales plan by product category and by typology in Planning system
• Build presentation materials for major meetings as well as presentations to report Top Management and Shareholders on digital performance/activities

• BA degree
• 3+ years in eCommerce or Digital marketing with deep channel experience –SEM, Social media, SEO, Performance display
• Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze and process qualitative / quantitative data
• Experience with one or more web analytics tool: e.g. Coremetrics, Omniture, WebTrends, and/or Google Analytics
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for regular reporting
• Sufficient knowledge of Korean eCommerce industry
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally
• Good at multitasking, Scrupulous attention to details, Strong interpersonal skill
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Fluent English skill in both written and verbal
