- Responsible for P&L analysis, planning, forecasting and implementing Company's e commerce businesses.
- Plan, implement e commerce sales strategic planning. Lead sales team to develop attractive sales plan based on sell-in/sell-through number, complete assortment, high conversion and marketing plans.
- Plan and implement retail strategy for short-term and long-term company goals.
- Demanding forecasting, analyses and control profitability of e commerce business
- Communicate with market key players to gather information, find hot items/characteristics, and provide feedback to product development team.
- Strong communication skill with other business unit. Proactively work with Product, Marketing, Operations and Finance to meet company targets.
- Supply timely and essential market/retail performance report to management.
- Participate in strategic planning process for short-term and long-term company goals.
- Develop brand collaborations and alliances to drive brand marketing and sales success.
- Perform detailed pricing analysis and develop competitive pricing strategies.
- Responsible for Operate e-commerce agency (web agency / advertising agency)
- Sales report on Monthly and Weekly to APAC team
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor's degree in business related
- Minimum 7 years of direct experience
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Business level in English, both spoken and written, is a must
- Excellent communication skills for complex accounting issues: with multiple levels, functions, countries
