1) Assist the training manager to set long-term/ short-term training programs for brand staffs working in retail, wholesale, and travel retail boutiques
- Define training needs, develop training material, schedule training session with boutique managers, and modify training program based on feedbacks from trainees
2) Plan and execute training programs for brand sales staffs on the regular basis
- Brand: Responsible for delivering highly qualitative training initiatives to increase brand knowledge about our history, mega brand DNA, and communication
- Product: Regularly visit boutiques and provide a field training to ensure all sales staffs owns full knowledge on new products, collections, Jewelry, and ACC
- Brand Innovation and Technology: Account for brand sales staffs are well trained on most updated innovation and technologies
- How to sell: Partner with channel managers to organize and implement “how to sell” training that included topics such as welcoming, finding consumer needs, presentation, handing objections, how to improve cross-selling or up-selling, closing etc.
3) Ensure all brand retail sales associates complete Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond training according to HQ guidelines (location, participants, duration, etc.)
4) Ensure all sales professionals selling brand at wholesale boutique complete Master, Ambassador, and Grand Ambassador training according to HQ guidelines (location, participants, duration, etc.)
경력 및 자격요건
- Professional Experience: 3 to 7 years’ experience in sales training (FMCG, Fashion, Retail, luxury industries preferred)
- Professional Competencies: Sharing passion, inspiring, motivating, and creating a sense of belonging to the OMEGA family
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, strong leadership, strong sense of responsibility, strong in team-building, mature, and reliable
- Education: University graduate
