a. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Finance, HR/Admin and IT department
b. Monitor month and year endaccounting closing process
c. Manage to prepare annual report including balance sheet, income Statement, cash flow statement,management information report
d. Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required
e. Monitor monthly reporting to headquarters and external parties()
f. Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
g. Arrange for debt and equity financing and maintain good relationships with financial institute
h. Oversee all purchasing and payroll activity for staff
i. Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations
j. Develop and implement finance, HR and ITdepartment process and policies
k. Maintain financial security by establishing internal controls
l. Inspect branches’ abiding by company’s policies irregularly
m. Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
n. Accomplishhuman resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling and disciplining employees
o. Monitor IT systems working properly
p. Perform other duties as required by CEO and Headquarters in Korea

5. Requirements
More than seven years of financial experience and management experience with the day-to-day financial operations of finance institute
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Fluent in English or Khmer
An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
