• Manage forecast/budget/actual submissions
• Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual P&L and provide commentary, including the variance to budget, prior and forecast
• Assist CEO and CFO in investor relation activities, including preparation of reporting packages primarily for top-tier international VCs
• Interact directly with VC investors
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Support CFO and senior management team with in-depth financial analysis
• Develop ad-hoc financial analysis for management and/or the business, as needed　

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Fluent business English or Chinese proficiency
• CFO or Controller career in China would be plus
