• Lead a cross discipline team through all phases of the product development process to meet project goals including time to market, project quality and financial target;
• Develop R&D capabilities to enable new product development, OEM product validation and support some existing products sustaining;
• Drive innovation to deliver more new product proposals and technical road map to the team;
• Work effectively in a matrix organization with multi-stakeholders: eg: Product Management, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Global R&D team;
• Develop the people to make strong technical and leadership pipeline;
• Work as a IP safeguard for the team to make sure the development are free of patent issues and strive for own IP protection.
경력 및 자격요건
기계, 기계 부품 분야 연구소 출신.
Experience Level:
• At least 8 years work experience in R&D with new product development experience;
• At least 2 years leadership experiences on team engaging/empowering skill, project management skill and process forming skill
• Preferred to have worked in multi-national company
Qualifications:
• Strong technical background on lab equipment or capital equipment industries or mechanical industries such as automobile, shipbuilding, machinery and machining;
• Experience with R&D processes;
• Ability to drive effective performance management;
• Experience in the design of new product using quality system tools such as dFMEA, pFMEA;
• Work to deadlines and respond effectively to demanding customer requests;
• Strong technical background and an ability to manage technical as well as project risks;
• English language preferred
