: Monthly fixed expenses in the office, CS and warehouse
: Prepare and attend the budget meeting
- Fixed assets management
: Check the fixed assets in the office, CS, warehouse and stores
- Organize and perform the events (ex. kick off event)
- Safety and Health management
: Progress the mandatory investigations with agencies
: Progress the mandatory educations in accordance with the related laws.
: Progress the safety and health committee regularly
: Progress the risk evaluation
: Manage all the chemicals which are used in the CS workshop. (MSDS)
- Manage the affairs of the partriot veterans
- Guide the team members (GA specialist and receptionist)

- Rich experience for the relocation and expansion project
- Have a working knowledge of the Industrial safety and health management.
- Have a wealth of experience with the security system management
- Fluent English skills (verbal and writing)
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (word, Power Point and excel)
- High affinity and Positivive thinker
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
