- Responsible for all tender process and its preparation to meet requirements
- Close communication and check ups with
Internal units: Finance, Supply Chain Management, Regulatory Affair, QC, QA
External units: Regional Team, BU, PU, Local Distributors, End-users
- Keep eyes on key distributors and end-users to seek extra opportunities
- Building relationship with customers to support market activities if necessary
- Collecting dossiers in tender specification process
- Managing team resource to complete tender process
- Providing with financial detail to the sales team and management including monthly
sales revenue and profit
- Analyzing each tender in terms of future growth potential and current profitability to
make decisions
- Visiting customers for market research and other purpose
- Digest basic scientific & clinical knowledge to share with external customers
- Pay sufficient attention in each step of all tenders before/after sales creation
경력 및 자격요건
- Minimum 3 years sales/marketing experience in the healthcare market preferred
- Good communication and problem-solving skill
- Business, financial and analytical skills, ROI.
- Ability to drive growth mentality and behaviour.
- High level of punctuality and urgency in key issues
- Positive minded, determined self-starter & never yielding, team-worker
- Driving collaboration amongst all related parties
- Good verbal and written English-language skills
