• Able to maintain training process effectively (needs, plan, adapt, if necessary develop, coordinate, deliver, monitor and evaluate)
• Work closely with local retail team to implement training program to reinforce the excellent customer service experience
• Support any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned

• University graduate
• Min 4 years experience in Training in Retail or Consumer industry (preferably in luxury and lifestyle segment)
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills - ability to persuade Analytic Skill ( Sales and KPI Analysis )
• Retail Oriented Mind to support the store
• Self motivated, proactive and independent
• Outgoing and pleasant personality to motivate and inspire people to adapt to deliver the Company vision
• Dynamic and has a demonstrated passion for helping others learn and grow
• Enjoys continuous learning and strives for personal growth
• Proficient in computer skills
• Availability to travel as required by the job purposes (overseas trip and store visit)
