1) Marketing Strategy Execution
- Support to Marketing manager regarding the areas of product planning/development, CRM, VMD and promotional activities as well as VIP membership program.
- Plan, develop, and execute 360 marketing campaigns to achieve sales target, based on business and market trends through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Define yearly promotional activity necessary to fulfill the marketing objectives, plan and budget, and execute these activities, monitor their performance and impact upon the overall marketing objectives
2) Product Management
- Input realistic and accurate sales forecast for all responsible SKUs on a monthly basis
- Work closely with Communication team, Training Team, Sales Team to derive effective and comprehensive product positioning and strategies.
- Regularly monitor and analyze the overall marketing activities of the competition including new launches, promotions, marketing emphasis, service orientation, price etc.
- Manage the stock inventory to maintain the healthy level of inventory
3) Gift & Promotion
- Monitor the monthly promotion level and plan accordingly to meet the annual target of promotion weight, considering GWPs, Sets and monthly sampling etc.
4) Sample & Collateral Management
- Manage the forecast, monthly usage, importation, and delivery of samples and collaterals.
- Set up exclusive set for LT, Beauty class, Skincare Show etc.
5) CRM
- Analysis customer data and Create new promotion & program according to the customer trend
- develop and execute new VIP Gifts and order to HQ on a bi-monthly basis for VIP care
- Plan and Execute VIP program and Event
경력 및 자격요건
- University degree
- 3-8 years of Product Manager experience in the cosmetic industry (주임~과장)
- Effective communication skills in Korean and Japanese
- Good Skilled in MS Office (especially Excel)
