1) CRM
- Support marketing activities to recruit new customers and develop relationship with
VIP 
- Customer database analysis: Monthly new customer(VIP customers and new
customers) data quality checking for each stores 
- Facilitate seasonal campaign with Retail Marketing and CRM team.
- Valid customer CRM list (DM, MMS) and manage on the system: customer data
selection for marketing communication
- Manage all the return mailers and updating customer's information
- Support launching of CRM systems / Lite program / Experience Program 
- Support in-store promotions and customer related event to maximize the sales 2. Digital
- Develop relationships with key media, stylists and industry insiders.
- Lead the Social Media and Digital Media Strategy with the digital campaign activities
- Digital campaign contents translation / all seasonal campaign contents translation
- Monitor digital campaign: Daily test digital campaign site checking and give
feedback
- Report and monitor competitor's digital activities
3. PR 
- Organize various product shooting for magazines
- Generate PR results and analyze PR performance with a monthly base PR record
- Execute and perform PR activities in the media and local launching event for new
campaign. 
- Responsible for tracking and facilitating editorial requests for samples to editors &
stylists with the use of Fashion GPS 
- Manage inventory for marketing and PR supplies & samples

- University degree in Marketing, Communications or Diploma in Fashion Marketing or Public Relations
- 3-8years Brand or Retail Marketing experience
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of all Marketing KPIs
- analytical skills and strong creative
- Ability to work independently and be proactive
- A passion for social media and influencer marketing
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
