• 7~10 years of SQE experience in Display or Consumer Electronics manufacturing
• Experience in process engineering and program management, especially for New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Technical skill: process data analysis, process control (Cpk/SPC), Critical to Quality (CTQ) items, DOE, ORT, FMEA, AQL sampling, data distribution, data correlation.
• Problem solving skills
• Fluent in English
