2. Research and report changes in competitor organization, price, new product trends, activities etc.
3. Forecast new launched product sales / Analyze sales by different segments (product, area, company etc)
4. Create and set up environment with Sawbone etc for customers to have hands-on experience with our products
5. Train nurses on product use and storage, activity on customer requests and product advertise
6. training new hired staffs on a regularly basis or upon request on products & sales strategy etc
7. Meetings and presentations regarding products
8. Create PPT, brochures, videos etc. upon needs to appeal to customers
9. Introduce products and quality of products through academic conferences, seminars and workshops
10. Visit customers to demonstrate products and provide chances to have hands-on experience of products
11. Evaluate and analyze cause of customer complaints regarding products, Report on each issue
