• Supervises all inbound and outbound shipments to make sure they are correct carried out in a timely fashion
• Verification shipping documents/HS Codes to see whether any statutory approvals required for customs clearance.
• Ensures that all parts have accurate product descriptions, appropriate material information and meet regulatory requirements for new and existing products in compliance with Quality labelling (KC) regulation
• Files claims with manufacturers or sellers when defective goods / shortage / discrepancy are found in the inspection or inventory
• Analyze and updates delivery data on DC to store, store to store and store to DC transfer
• Monitoring and analyzing inventory movement and inventory level; Identify ‘heavy’ and ‘low turn’ inventory items and maintain communication reports for relevant team
• Coordinates and analyzes the logistical functions for the company responsible for the entire life cycle of a product from acquisition to final disposal
• Responsible for forwarder/ carrier/ agent payments on collect shipments
• Drives logistics & continuous improvement activities (storage, shipping) including: inventory control, warehousing, transportation, logistics planning, and order processing & internal customer service. Resolves quality, service & cost issues. Supports oversight of DOH inventory levels.
• Analyse service failures/ issues and implements performance processes to enhance future service delivery
• Reviews logistics performance with 3PL service provider in accordance with targets and service agreements and performance evaluation and taking corrective actions required
• Communicates & reinforces Logistics plans. Maintains clear communication & close co-operation with internal customer, 3PL warehousing service provider & major suppliers/vendors.

• Min 6 + years of working experience in Retail/fashion industry preferred
• Multinational company experience preferred
• Strong business acumen
