• Generate new Medical Devices opportunities from current customers and non-current customers, using targeted prospecting, leads from tradeshows, events, campaigns, account engineers, customer support
• Qualify opportunities to get a clear understanding of roles & responsibilities, project timeline, budget and budgeting process, decision making process
• Identify customer issues and goals and develop needs using a consultative approach.
• Design, quote and demonstrate FK solutions, involving appropriate resources (Product Managers, Sales management, Finance and Service etc.) to be positioned as preferred supplier by customer
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring delivery on customer expectations (installation, function, service delivery and up-time, training and application, consulting and post-sale support)
• Monitor leads, quotes and sales cycle advancement using the available communication tools in order to provide accurate business reporting to business management.
• Develop and update knowledge of the MD product portfolio, competitive offers and of medical environment.
• Identify new opportunities and pass over to the team appropriately
• Manage activities to focus on prospecting / selling while coordinating customer end user care with other resources.
• Accountable for the performance of the Medical Devices in the area
(Revenue, Margin, & Sales expenses)
• Work with Product Marketing to develop marketing plans to support all business objectives
• Shares and delivers information of relevant quality, complaints and work with complaint officer
• Sales Productivity (target setting, activity management, activity reporting)
• Customer satisfaction within the area
• Area strategic accounts management
• Lead resolution of customer issues in area accounts
