• Responsible for product launch, trade shows, road shows, seminars and other promotion activities in market.
• Develop marketing communication and PR plan for the year and lead execution.
• Lead activities relating to marketing intelligence, VOC to enable good understanding of FK in market, as well as customer needs
• Work with Business Unit Managers to develop localized sales tools and programs to support sales activities in market to achieve BUD.
• Propose and manage marketing budget.
• Work with sales team to ensure appropriate spending of marketing expenses to generate expected result.
• Communication with various marketing groups including regional business support team, GBU to ensure good alignment of marketing direction and execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with opinion leaders and key accounts.
• Lead specific identified marketing initiatives for the year
• Provide clinical education, quality assurance management support for sales team
• New Business development including new business scheme etc. in line together with sales team, market research, planning and promotion for new business
경력 및 자격요건
• Formal Marketing qualification
• Minimum 3 years sales/marketing experience in the healthcare market with
proven functional excellence in all aspects of classic marketing.
• Experience of Product Management / Product Marketing for high tech. Products
and/or Services and professional Services.
• Business, financial and analytical skills, ROI.
• Ability to drive growth mentality and behaviour.
• Track record of achievements in turbulent markets and in a growth business
• Positive minded, determined self-starter & never yielding, team-worker
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship skills
• Excellent verbal and written English-language skills
