- Develop e-commerce strategic roadmap & work with the brand teams to ensure e-commerce businesses are in line with the brand's positioning and objectives.
- Be the first point of contact of the E-retailers and develop a strong partnership for a maximum business output.
- On line mall management (E-retailers of Department store mall & brand e-commerce)
* Manage the target sales for each mall through regular updates and maintenance of contents and promotions
* Plan online mall strategy in line with brand’s objectives and sales target
* Effectively communicate with mall MDs, internal stakeholders, and online agency
* Prepare weekly & monthly mall sales analysis report
- Define, plan for & justify budget requirements of the brand in e-commerce.
- Develop annual and monthly programs to consistently achieve the sales targets of each brand by collaborating with the brand teams.
- Communicate with the counterpart in HQ and the digital agency to plan and develop all digital contents, based on marketing plans.
- Ensure inventory and assortments for partners’ sites are in line with the brands objectives.
- Negotiate for exclusive online marketing tools (banner, pop up, promotion, etc.) with the retailers MDs for each brand.
-Collaborate with the retail partners to monitor the e-commerce KPI's relating to traffic, conversion and marketing ROI on activities.
- Develop new digital commerce channel and management (KAKAO gift, Instagram etc.)
경력 및 자격요건
-Bachelor's degree
-5-10 year’s on-line marketing or e-commerce operation experience
- Preferred experience of e-retailers (Department store) and brand e-commerce
- Proactive and positive attitude, passion for the brand & watch industry, interpersonal skills are the must.
-Enjoys online related work and actively engages in digital communications
-Project Management Skills - to guide a project from concept to final delivery
-Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
-Fluent in English
