Responsible for all branding and marketing activities in Korea, manage the significant marketing budget
Develop the yearly marketing plan – conceptualize, design and coordinate with external marketing advertising agencies on integrated marketing campaigns; decide on the right marketing mix, and coordinate the roll out with the teams.
Align all marketing campaigns with commercial strategy.
Develop the digital marketing strategy and tools to be aligned with the offline marketing. Including supervision of our Facebook page (planning and monitoring), Naver Blog and local website development of the seasonal demand creation event and promotion, etc.
Plan the direct marketing strategy and tactics (SMS, Post, etc), maintain and develop further our farmer database.
Support our distributor alignment strategy: plan, organize, develop and roll out our bi-annual customer conference/trip; lead the workshops and project management, plan the customer newsletter, etc.
Develop and maintain our Retail Partnership Program andCampaigns in collaboration with the sales team, plan and monitor audits with the team, etc.
Be a key member of the Korea management team
Lead all farmer segmentation work, and market intelligence like brand survey, media survey, etc…
Follow up on all trademarks registration and related issues in collaboration with Singapore and Central team
Contribute to marketing best practice sharing among the BU, be a member of the BU Asia Marketing Network
Communicate our Safety and E&C guidelines with our business partners, ensure good understanding and implementation
Train/Communicate with the front office team on a regular basis about branding, marketing campaign roll-out, farmer activities, tools, etc.

경력 및 자격요건
Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
Good track record in B-to-B marketing.
Experience in agri-business is an added advantage but not a requirement.
Good understanding of B-to-B marketing processes.
Strong strategic skills and ability to follow up in execution.
Strong analytical skills, the ability to pick up trends in the market and to digest market survey results, mapping key actions.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrates teamwork and ability to collaborate effectively across functional boundaries.
Accountable and able to meet deadlines.
Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize.
Understands the dynamics of sales and agronomy functions, and how this is a critical enabler for marketing campaign success.
Pro-active, strong learning spirit and high level of creativity.
Basic knowledge in designing tools is an added advantage (photoshop, indesign, illustrator).
Experience in digital marketing and CRM platform is an added advantage.
