• Conduct general accounting and financial reporting in line with GAAP/IFRS and related laws and regulations
• Review and approve day to day transactions and journal entries
• Ensure accuracy and timely monthly closing, financial/statutory reporting and group reporting
• Keep a clean and current balance sheet through daily review and clean-up long term open items
• Coordinate corporate tax return with external consultant and conduct regular tax declaration for withholding tax and VAT
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls (internal control assessment) within each cycle of our business, including revenue, purchasing, financial reporting, etc.
• Establish and maintain Standard operating procedures/processes within the controller/Finance Department and ensure continuous efficiency improvement
• Coordinate with company’s auditor on annual statutory audit and tax audit
• Ensure efficient payment process to vendors
• Ensure efficient collecting process from customers

• Experienced 3~7 years in Finance
• Bachelor degree in University & majored in Accounting/Business Administration
• Month end/year end closing experience required in line with GAAP/IFRS
• Corporate tax return experience required
• Internal/External accounting and tax audit experience required
• Hyperion/Dynamics AX(ERP) Experience is preferred
• Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reports to HQ
• Budgeting and Planning experience required
• Good working knowledge of full range of general and management accounting experience
• Demonstrate high value of ethics and integrity
• Strong bias for action and results oriented. Ability to prioritize and work independently and proactively is critical for success
• Good English Skill
• Understanding of industrial and consumer business with Construction is preferred
• KICPA or AICPA holder will be advantage (including previous experience in Big4)
• Good written and spoken English a must, Chinese is a big plus
• APAC and Korea travel sometimes & outside APAC occasionally
