- Ensure team member has direction, appropriate coaching, growth opportunities, and provide annual performance review
- Ensure compliance with all department and company procedures
- Responsible for all sourcing and procurement, expenses and budgets

- Expand the effective utilization of ERP (Dynamics AX)
- Ensure effective demand planning process from sales forecast to purchase order
- Evaluating supplier performance and developing competiveness supplier
- Ensure maintain consistency, cost effectiveness and quality in supply ordering
- Seek ways to reduce cost including annual negotiation, VAVE(Value Add and Value Engineering) and etc
- Supply contact management with external supplier
- Lead” Should Cost Analysis” and co-work with R&D for VAVE
- Inventory management
- Business analysis & Report

* 자동차, 기계, 조선, 중공업, 설비분야 구매 경력자 선호
* 10~15 years related experience in mechanical door lock or similar industry
* At least 3 years working experience in supply management at a managerial level
* Bachelor degree in University
* Experience with Dynamics AX Business Objects strongly preferred; others products such as SAP, Oracle desired
* Project leading and Project management experience and knowledge
* Strong communication and presentation skills; effective working at all organizational levels
* Ability to present ideas in business friendly and user friendly language; demonstrated aptitude for working with, supporting, and communicating with users and customers
* Exceptional analytical, problem solving, time management and organizational skills
* Experience working in a team-oriented, matrixed, collaborative, shared-services environment, across multiple divisions with a variety of operating environments, application software, tools and technologies
* Has or will quickly acquire lock industry and product knowledge
* Strong bias for action and results oriented. Ability to prioritize and work independently and proactively is critical for success
* Demonstrate high value of ethics and integrity
* Good written and spoken English a must, Chinese is a big plus
* APAC and Korea travel sometimes & outside APAC occasionally
