-Achieve or exceed annual sales target

-Estimate monthly individual sales target & follow it up
Territory Management
- Plan & execute weekly visiting call and follow up on CRM
- Update customer file & market information on CRM
- Aware of products knowledge and detailing messages through cycle meetings
- Execute double visit with Sales Manager
- Attend sales conference & team training & weekly meeting
- Improve a scientific approaches
- Observe company guidelines & sales promotional under CoC
- Control stock balance, return goods, turnover, even in wholesales
Market & KOL Management
- Establish company’s KOLs in the territories
- Manage strategic & selected accounts directly
- Ensure good relationship with KOLs
- Gather & report the market information including competitor’s activities
- Participate relevant scientific events through domestic & overseas congresses

- About 3 years sales experiences in healthcare industry
- Positive working attitude
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent knowledge and understanding for the scientific activities
- Result oriented mindset
- Ethical practice of sales and promotion under Code of Conduct
- Ability to build a good business relationship with KOLs
