– Providing assistance and follow-up to on compliance of all store procedures and policies, helping the Managers to take decisions in any area of store management: merchandise, people management, budget control, store image and sales and stock controls.
− Training and overseeing the development of new store managers.
− Communicating decisions and initiatives to store managers.
− Providing special support to managers in the opening of new stores. DT is the primary interface between corporate headquarters in the country and the stores, and coordinates accurate information flow in both directions.
− Control the budget of the cost, productivity, travel expenses.
− Responsible for the expansion plan by setting up the new stores
경력 및 자격요건
- A minimum of 5 years experience managing a group of stores in fashion retail, ideally in a multinational retailer with various points of sale in the country
- Initiative. Flexibility. Good people skills. Decisive and autonomous. Highly motivated and focused
- Fluent local language and English Spanish would be a plus.
- University degree
- PC skills (MS Office, user level)
