Retail Sales Management and Planning
- Manage Boutique sales performance and productivity
- Conduct regular (daily/weekly/monthly) sales analysis report and reviews with boutique manager
- Identify commercial gap vs OP and develop action plans
- Develop Boutique sales analysis tools and strategies
- Analyze potential business opportunities and propose appropriate recommendations
- Provide all commercial planning - CDP/DF/OP with data production
- Support execution of regional sales strategies and activities
- Develop Manage sales performance management system (sales incentive)
- Analyze & Develop incentive scheme (SSIP)
- Identify operational gaps that impacts sales and propose action plans
- Provide market intelligence on competitor activities
People Development
- Provide sales analysis and projection guidance to boutique managers on achieving commercial objectives
- Develop strategies and tools to motivate boutique staff to increase productivities
- Identify sales training need and plan for action with training manager
- Set a relevant incentive target to motivate boutique staff
Reporting and Analyses
- Build and develop boutique commercial reports on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly etc.)
- Produce pre-planning and post-analysis reports for major boutique promotion activities
- Produce and update boutique monthly KPI reports (inclusive of Cognos report)
- Support boutique opening activity and produce post-opening activity analysis
- Develop various promotional activities with Operation manager based on sales analysis and stock situation
경력 및 자격요건
• 10-12 years of related experience in operation function within retail industry
• Strong understanding of productivity, service, CRM and business environment
• Experience of working with High end/luxury/ premium brands would be an advantage
