- Ensure boutique operations are in accordance to International guidelines
- Provide various assistances of daily operational matters & requests
- Ensure boutique maintenance and safety vigilance
- Propose and implement plans that enhance operational efficiency (decrease BOH duty & simplify TQ quideline)
- Refine, update and communicate the standard operating procedures
- Order and maintain the relevant stock level of Uniform
- Implement and monitor the application of cash collection procedures.
- Boutique stock management analysis & Sales forecasts with boutuque excellence manager and SCM team
- Define the optimal delivery plan (frequency / timing / product availability) and optimise stock holding levels.
- Conduct regular operational excellence audits, propose corrective actions and followup to ensure completion

• 10-12 years of related experience in operation function within retail industry
• Strong understanding of productivity, service, CRM and business environment
• Experience of working with High end/luxury/ premium brands would be an advantage
