- In-depth understanding of Retail business and proactive and teamwork attitude for business support.
- POS system experiences and knowledge to install and maintain POS systems.
- Network and Server technology (TCP/IP, VMware, Backup system, Active Directory, Terminal Service, VPN, etc)
- Self-motivated, proactive attitude and communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Good documentation skills
- Over intermediate level of spoken and written English proficiency
- Retail company experience is a plus
