- The Solution Sales (Solution Manager or Specialist) is responsible for the business
development and sales acquisition on ADAS(자율주행) related solutions covering
all products and engineering services.
- Act as project leaders for the acquisition projects.
- Drive the generation of leads and opportunities to create sales with ADAS related
solutions covering all products and engineering services across all customers
- Identify market needs, refine market-oriented solutions and lead business
development
- Closely collaborate and coordinate with product management at HQ, local FAEs, and
KAMs

- 영어 가능자
- Drive, Self-Motivation, Persistent character with high level of resilience
- High ambition to win & willingness to learn
- Power of persuasion and strong negotiation/communication skills
- Solid understanding of solutions and products in charge, Ability to identify best fitting(cross-AF) solution based on customer requirement.
- Project management skills - able to work with people/ resources from other line ORG / drive and lead cross-functional teams
- Experienced and mature personality with developed integrative skills
