- Conduct Buying & merchandising of Leather Goods and Shoes , reporting to General Merchandising Manager (Head of MD – Director)
- Teamwork with stores, communication, E-com, and visual merchandising to achieve the target business figure and brand strategy
- Analyze sales and sell-through, and strategies and tactics to encourage sales
- Negotiate and cooperate with headquarters on product offer and pricing
- Provide comprehensive merchandising support for stores and Conduct the product training
- Understand clientele through market research, competitor analysis and store visits

1) Work experience
- Min. 10 years of merchandising & buying experience – Leather goods and/or RTW and/or Shoes
- Luxury or fashion brand experience preferred
- Experience in Managerial role
2) Fluent in both written and spoken English
3) Strong communication and analytical skills
4) Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
5) Positive and proactive attitude
