- Responsible for the dedicated product category and line. - Conduct in depth style, color, size, fit and price level selling analysis regularly for optimum product performance. - Distributes merchandise to stores at style | color | size | fit | price level based on business trends - Support buying preparation for seasonal sales detail and buying plan. - Monitor and analyze the merchandising KPIs (Sales, Inventory, sell thru etc ) - Re-allocates product as necessary based on shifting business trends related to business objectives. - Monitor exceptions on merchandise inventory stock levels and recommends necessary adjustments. - Ensures proactive analysis and information of backorders and delivery issues. - Follow up the for the order processing and delivery - To handle initial allocation and replenishment orders for all stores - To set proper stock quantity for new opening stores - To process purchase order for repair material - Communicates directly with stores regarding consumer needs, special orders, and stock inquiries.

Product transfer between stores - Monitor the sales progress and handle the transfer between stores to boost up the sales Merchandise Follow-up - regular reports on product or customers, market or competitor - To review sales and sell-thru analyses and propose action plans if necessary

- At least 3 years' merchandising experience in fashion retail (사원~대리초)
- Education: university graduate
- Native Korean and fluent in English, other languages a plus
- Communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
- SAP experience will be preferred
