2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process
4. Support current and future business needs throughout the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
5. Develop and monitor the overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
6. Nurture a dynamic and desirable working environment
7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
8. Maintain pay plan and benefit program
9. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
10. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
11. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
경력 및 자격요건
1. 10 or more years of HR generalist experience with at least 3 years in a management role
2. Fashion & Retail industry background is required
3. A proven track-record influencing and motivating senior leadership and general staff
4. In-depth knowledge of HR best practice, labor law, people development and cultural adaptation
5. Knowledge of HR systems and databases, i.e. HRMS, HRIS and etc.
6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
7. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
8. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
9. Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or related field.
