- Manage overall brand sales achievement from establishing sales goal annually, quarterly and monthly as well as by sales channels with optimizing channel portfolio.
- Communicate business analysis and forcast in strategic and practical frame to brand HQ and tuning on the sales strategy accordingly
- Oversee the application and review on the sales trend and its bullet points in terms of channel and plan
- Take the role of brand ambassodar in Korea market to execute effective countermeasures for sales and marketing stakeholders
- Ehance Brand awareness and image through strategic brand marketing plan
- Increase sales through new store openings and strategic plan driving for each sales channel
- Establish new products launching with effective sales and marketing plan and maximize sales
- Set brand pricing strategy and decision of increase in alignment with HQ direction and local needs
경력 및 자격요건
- Over 15 years of experience in brand management, sales, marketing, brand operations (FMCG,Fashion,Retail industries preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manager position
- Proficient in English speaking and writing
- Great people skill that can handle various counterparts in ternally & externally
