• Develop the Pharma/Biotechnology business by focusing on small and large molecule development as well as locally developed products.
• Execute business plan to grow the Pharma business in Korea.
• Has primary accountability and ownership for building strong end customer relationships in Korea.
• Support for management of the channel including direct, distributors or third party logistic companies to provide logistical to the end customer
• Execute new account development actions for the pharmaceutical market as assigned by the manager.
• Monitor the achievement of sales and receivables goals and Develop improvement recommendations as needed.
• Ensure to build strong relationship with key customers and summarize market information and competitor information
• Communicate to appropriate areas for improvements in service offerings or new products.
경력 및 자격요건
• Pharmacist certification
• Master in chemistry, biotechnology, biochemistry, biology, pharmacy or related technology fields preffered
•0~3 years of activities in pharmaceuticals / chemicals / lifesciences oriented business.
•Sales experience with demonstrated ability to implement strategies and strengthen organizations.
•Mid level of influencing and persuading skills and high level of collaborative behavior.
•Ability to communicate clearly the intended message in formal and informal settings.
•Demonstrates a strong drive for results and project management skills.
•Ability to build relationships with other team members and gain commitment toward stated goals.
