• Provide leadership to the organization in the areas of services strategy and offerings, as well as business performance an execution.
• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Managers (including on shore and off shore).
• Maintain a level of readiness, in order to be successfully prepared to support the delivery of customer engagements (skilled and trained workforce, strong partner relations, tested and proven technical solutions and development methodologies).
• Ensure adequate level of resources in place to meet profitable demand. Oversee chargeability of all delivery resources within defined geography. Assist with the creation of proposals that address current and evolving client requirements. May review and approve legally binding contracts with partners and customers.
• Work closely with sales, pre-sales and delivery teams to develop, propose and deliver HW, SW and services solutions.

o Above average English written and spoken language required; strong communication skills
o Experience in a delivery role related to Professional Services
o Management and development of managers
o P/L responsibility.
o Experience and knowledge of IT Infrastructure/data center technology and/or related competitor products
o Passion, Leadership and consultative skills.
o Development of offshore/onsore Blended Delivery Team - cost optimization across wide geography
o Field level execution of Corporate/theater level initiatives; overall business management point for field geography
