-Manage online platform maintenance and development
-Manage various 3rd party service providers required to support the ecommerce operation ranging from Shipment through to Payments, Fraud management and SEO strategy
-Work with the development team in an agile environment to deliver ongoing website improvements
-Manage stakeholder (IS, Customer Services, Marketing, Business leads) to deliver ongoing website improvements
-Manage responsibilities for all website related compliance
-Manage online marketing activities as well as website design and contents
-Manage the web content staff, developing and maintaining schedules
-Responsibility for management reporting on the website

-Excellent communication skills both oral & written
-Bi-lingual – English & Korean
-Knowledge and operation skill on IT infrastructure/Database/Server and Security
-Experience of leading, managing and working in cross-functional project team
-Demonstrable understanding of technical and business processes and workflows
-Commercial knowledge of, and interest in, emerging ecommerce developments and trends relevant to the market
-Strong technical and commercial knowledge of the web and relevant technologies, such as CMS and Analytical tools
-Demonstrable experience of working on own initiative and self-motivated.
