- Prepare Quarterly Forecast, Annual Budget and Long Range Plan.
- Analyze variance vs actual, Store PL, KPI, CAPEX plan, Commission by channel.
- Support preparation of Quarterly Business Review and Quarterly Financial Review
material.
- Assist preparation of AFE with 10 year PL.
- Plays a key role in the strategic planning and decision making to ensure that business goals are met.
- Analyze proposed business opportunities/risks, projects and other pending decision
to determine impact on company’s financial results.
- Drive continuous improvement in application of KPIs such as product margin

- Bachelor of Business Administration.
- 5 - 10 year experience in Financial Planning and Analysis in foreign global company.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English / Korean.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Duzon, AS400, Cognos, SAP, TM1)
- Knowledge of US and Korean GAAP, financial reporting and tax regulations.
- Strong inter-personal skills and ability to work cross functionally
- Customer focused attitude
