1. DRIVE RESULTS AND MANAGE OPERATIONS
- Meet and exceed sales goal.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Manage store and spa operations (budget, inventory, stock levels, etc.)
- Ensure store is clean & organized at all times (housekeeping & Maintenance).
2. RECRUIT NEW CUSTOMERS AND BUILD BRAND LOYALTY
- Provide high level of customer service.
- Plan, organize and execute flawlessly in store events
- Maintain strong product knowledge.
- Ensure all visuals and merchandising are as per marketing direction.
- Build store database and MyCaudalie members.
- Develop partnerships in the community.
- Maximize use and efficienty of French Paradox bar
3. RECRUIT, DEVELOP AND MANAGE A TEAM
- Recruit, develop, and retain talents.
- Provide training (including facial) to employees.
- Check employee product knowledge & selling skills.
경력 및 자격요건
- License holder for skincare treatment therapist
- At least 10 years of store experience, with 5 years in store manager level, preferably in Beauty/FMCG or similar experience
- Creative, with sense of beauty, and passionate to the industry
- Target-driven and well-organized with strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent communicator with consumers, KOLs and other partners
- Exercises a high degree of tact and diplomacy
- Good command of spoken and written English
