- Works with the Design Manager in creating seasonal trend direction, color concepts, trim direction, and artwork examples and ideas
- Researches trends and competitive markets and provide in a format for product managers to view when building the seasonal line plans
- Creates design options in an acceptable format to present to product managers and team for selecting and narrowing down of the lines
- Follows provided briefs by product managers and team
- Provides fabric concepts and direction to begin sourcing for the season with cost in mind
- Builds strong design technical packages per design to hand over to development
- Assists development in completing final technical packages with the color way call outs per trim and fabrics

- Minimum 5 year experiences in Sports/Outdoor/Golf Fashion Industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design
- Advanced knowledge of apparel construction, material construction and properties, costing, pattern making, embroidery and screen printing
- Strong organizational skills for managing timelines to adhere, balancing the requested design options and concise initial design technical packages for development
- Strong merchandising skill set to understand line size, balancing of color within the assortments and building of key outfits
- Good at influencing, presentation, communication, negotiation and teamwork
- Proficient in English (both verbal and written)
- Versed in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a plus
- Good computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
