담당업무
•Maintain highly customer focused quality services at all times, frequent verbal and written communication with customers on updating them with product information and other required.
•Daily Order Fulfillment.
•Consignment inventory and customer backorder review.
•Delivery scheduling & Billing and invoicing.
•Reporting on sales results
•Be proactive and innovative in designing better process and flows.
•Manage the PO pending status on regular basis not to keep unbilled revenue for the long time.
•Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned by Manager
•Prepare and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and lead process improvement efforts.
경력 및 자격요건
•Minimum 2 year professional experience. Prefer experience in customer service or relevant experience
•SAP hands on experiences
•Strong communication skills, both oral and written in English
•Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software..
