•Maintain existing business and identify additional business opportunities
•Develop and nurture relationships with customer organizations across the functions (Purchasing, Engineering, Project, etc)
•Support creation and update of Delphi’s Product Line strategy
•Handle purchasing and related activity to negotiate, pricing and performance issues as it relates to new and carry over business plans
•Work closely with regional counterparts to implement global strategy
•Prepare detailed volume and revenue forecasts by product line for Company's annual budget and business plans
•Follow sample order and receiving process to deliver parts to customer in time
•Communicate, interface with Company Product teams, Business Lines and Plants to ensure Customer’s expectations are addressed and necessary support/resources are allocated for business opportunities

•At least 5 years of experience in automotive sales and marketing (Preferred), or related field (Required)
•Bachelor's or Master's degree (Required)
•Professionalism and ability to interact with people in various characteristics (Required)
•Good knowledge of the financial dimensions of the business (Preferred)
•Ability to prioritize and work diligently under pressure (Required)
•Flexibility to work and travel extensively when needed (Required)
•Well understanding of automotive industry (Required)
•Exceptional organizational skills and maturity (Required)
•Demonstrated negotiation skills (Preferred)
•Ability to build strong relationships (Required)
•Strong interpersonal skill to work with team members (Required)
•Fluent English (Speaking & Written) capability (Required)
