- To carry out regular visit on all direct operated stores to collect market information and to ensure of display quality according to visual merchandising concept, proper use of communication materials, shop tidiness and cleanliness.
- Prepare monthly sales report by store managers for submission to sales director.
Analyze KPI and share regularly the information with staffs in stores.
- Communicate with store managers about action plan to increase KPI.
- Handle all information inquiry from department store offices.
- To build and maintain close working relationship with department buyer.
Inform stores opening & closing, renewal, special sales events data and detail to other department employees.
- Prepare special event plan report including event lay-out, sales forecast, and promotional activities.
- Support the store employees to make a success of the sales promotion activities.
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 8 year sales experience in sportswear or footwear or apparel or fashion.
- At least 3 year retail management experience is required.
- Be results orientated and make constant progress towards and achieve sales goals.
- Understand the competitive market, customers and retail trends.
- Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability.
- Have effective communication skills, including the abilities to negotiate tense situations successfully, and manage and resolve conflict.
- Proficient in English language (both verbal and written)
