1)Sales: Optimize sales by achieving sales goals with assigned accounts. Accountable for selling products to assigned accounts.
2) Product: Identify product opportunities and execute product strategies. Stay current on product and product changes. Utilize in-depth product knowledge for product assortment and placement. Balance the merchandising needs of the account with product placement objectives. Maximize proper usage of co-op, point-of-purchase and retail marketing for appropriate accounts.
3) Planning/Reporting: Develop accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans. Use advanced skills for strategic account/product planning and analysis of assigned accounts. Meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner.

경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 8 year sales experience in sportswear or footwear or apparel or fashion.
- Wholesale experience (wholesale account management) is required.
- Merchandising experience preferred.
- Prefer a strong understanding of product lines.
- Be results orientated and make constant progress towards and achieve sales goals.
- Understand the competitive market, customers and retail trends.
- Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability.
- Be able to develop accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans.
- Have effective communication skills, including the abilities to negotiate tense situations successfully, and manage and resolve conflict.
- Proficient in English language (both verbal and written)
