•To provide technical leadership for assigned product and to develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve both short and long term financial objective and business growth for the assigned product.
•Execute marketing activities for the assigned product such as market research and analysis of competition, product positioning, pricing, product launch and promotion, model mix, distribution, product supply forecasting etc.
•Work in close partnership with marketing manager in developing and implementing customer education and training strategies and leveraging our education and training programs to support market expansion.
•Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client base. Ensure a close working relationship exists between company and its key accounts and customers.
•Work within and actively promote company’s core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures (Foundation list) and Code of Conduct.
•Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
경력 및 자격요건
•Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in business, marketing or biomedical engineering.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or sales & marketing in healthcare industry.
•Proficient in English and computer skills
•Excellent interpersonal and communications skills including presentation skills.
•Ability to plan, manage and execute projects within budget and on schedule.
•Strong analytical, financial and planning skills.
•Good experience of negotiations with customers.
•Ability to give expert opinions and strategic advice.
•Ability to work co-operatively in a matrix environment.
•Capability to establish and use network to acquire information.
