- Ensure smooth operations of the Boutique network.
- Lead and coach the boutique teams by reinforcing fundamental values of our brand and adherence to the Boutique International Guidelines.
- To ensure that each Club member receives service in perfect conformance
- To support National Boutique Manager to develop sales in the market for the Boutique network to achieve commercial objectives.

• 10-12 years of related experience in operation function within retail industry
• Strong understanding of productivity, service, CRM and business environment
• Experience of working with High end/luxury/ premium brands would be an advantage
