- Fully responsible for managing, inspiring and training boutique teams in the field and ensure to provide the premium service of customers.
- Coach the boutique teams by reinforcing fundamental values of brand and adherence to the Boutique International Guidelines as well as local training materials.
- Develop the retail skills and knowledge to perform to the highest standards in their role.

• 7-10 years of related experience in training function within retail industry
• Strong understanding of productivity, service, CRM and business environment
• Experience of working with High end/luxury/ premium brands would be an advantage
