1. Payroll execution
- Data consolidation for payroll (Statutory /Daily / Store / Office) on monthly basis
- Liaise with local payroll partners on all C&B matters
- Analyze the payroll data and report to local and region management
2. Benefit execution
- update the new joiners & leavers for medical check / group insurance / credit insurance on monthly basis
- Announce to employees regarding medical check-up
- Responsible for all employee benefits: daily queries / vendors / expense administration
- Request payment for applicable colleague for Congratulatory or Condolatory Leave and Allowance
3. HRIS
- update employee date as needed
4. Newcomers preparation
- employee ID / email / intranet creation
- computer / office phone and other equipment preparation
- update the employee list
- employee document management
경력 및 자격요건
- 급여 및 C&B 관련 경력 2년이상, 영어 회화 fluent 수준 필수
Required Skills / Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience (payroll 경험 필수)
- Entrepreneurial self-starter.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Multitasker / Comfortable in fast paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail industry.
