- Handing quality issues with OEMs (HMC experience is preferred)
- Communication with overseas plants
- Investigation/analysis of field claim and In-line (0km) claim with vehicle and return part.
- Familiar with 8D, Gate Charts, Tri Charts
- PPAP & 4M approval
- Analysis of warranty claim data
- Familiar with FMEA, Control plan, Process Audit

- Work experience in automotive industry over 5 years
- Leading the communication with customers
- Fluent English speaking
- Interpersonal skill, global mind
- Statistical knowledge, presentation and communication skills.
- Experience with diesel engine over 3 years (Preferred)
- Self-motivation of the improvement for quality issues
- Manager Level(KwaJang, ChaJang)
