• Monthly sales target - plan and execute action plans to achieve
• Establish action plan based on sales budget, store size, concept, floor and store environment
• Promotion plan, proposal by store for boosting up the sales
• Promotion plan share and execute to DF operator
• Competitors - aware of the competitor activity, sales data analysis
• Update competitor information and market trends
• Branding – share the vision and value of the brand
• Business – understand customer profile and store profile
• Productivity – improve productivity
2) Operation
• Store Management - coach the stores to keep highest standards of retail working environment and efficient ways of working such as manage working schedule, employee turnover and all operation woks in the stores
• Partnership – good relationship with Duty free operator’s sales team
• Monthly incentive result analysis, Monthly store staff schedule management
3) Staffing and developing
경력 및 자격요건
• Min 5+ years of working experience in Retail (Duty free preferred)/fashion industry
• Multinational company experience preferred
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills
• Can do approach
• Good English
• General PC Knowledge Computer skills
