- Ensures planning in all aspects of store activities and retail operations processes, including new store openings and closures. (process includes and is not limited to architecture, space, product selection, hiring within time and budget)
- Provides input relating to the distribution development of Monobrand stores.
- Recruit strong store managers(interview and select)

- 백화점 영업 관리 경력 4년~8년(대리~과장)
- 잡화, 화장품, 명품 산업군의 영업관리 경력 필수
- 수입 브랜드 출신 우대
- 영어 중급 이상 (Reading, writing)
- 전략적 mind, result oriented
- OA 능숙 (엑셀, PPT)
- 적극적이고 Communication Skill 우수자
