• Execution and organisation of retail training programs and assessment to management level in line with the International guidelines: brand, product and service experience, professional and VMD training and coaching
• Delivery of Boutique Manager training where necessary, to Coffee Specialist
• Ensure timely feedback on training delivery and metrics are provided to the wider business
• Manage all retail programs and activities within budget
• Delivery of on-site training for sales, service, skills, knowledge
• VMD training and coaching
• Monitor new starters of Boutique management throughout 90 days induction period
• Define roll-out strategy of key business initiatives
• Proactively gain and share knowledge of competitor brand
• Lead, manage and delivery on boutique projects and NCE in terms of performance, quality and timeliness

• Previous experience in delivering sales, service and product training to management level within retail environment
• Previous experience of management training and development
• Previous experience of managing a team
• Broad business awareness of store operations and retail systems
• Strong presentation skills
• Proven track record of independent working and self-management
