- Manage projects independently (ensuring high quality, timeliness and profitability targets met)
- Deliver high quality, effective solutions for our clients in the areas of Reward, performance or organization solution areas
- Provide deep insights and meaningful client information from data collated
- Work closely with project team to develop client solutions and recommendations
- Co-present solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to senior client management team

- Over 8 years of management consulting or equivalent experience in designing and delivering talent management and organization effectiveness solutions would be preferred.
- Project management experience
- Experience in interacting with multi-national companies across regions and working in a multi-disciplined team environment
- MBA or relevant masters qualification preferred
- Possess strong data analytical / quantitative skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong and trusted client relationships
- Maintain a flexible and collaborative working style
- Acting with integrity always in a way that positively impacts our clients, colleagues and communities.
