• Market research and Digital marketing support
• Reviewing the site performance including content, SEO and working with development team to optimize features for local market
• Tracking the competitors – both in the luxury space and best-in-class retailers. Benchmark KPIs against industry
• Using web analytic tools, identify opportunities to exploit market developments.
• Having and raising any ideas for upcoming marketing with e-Business director and digital Communications team
• Supporting to the digital marketing event and activities in collaboration with digital Communications team such as preparing the Facebook post and supporting to the viral marketing
• Producing monthly Digital marketing result report which is based on our digital agency’s report and web analytics tools (monthly ad-tracking, email results)
• Manage the content of Concession stores (eVMD); updating Hero images, New arrivals and Best sellers
경력 및 자격요건
• 4+ years in eCommerce or Digital marketing with deep channel experience –SEM, Social media, SEO, Performance display and Email
• Proven analytical skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Sufficient knowledge of Korean eCommerce industry
• Experience with one or more web analytics tool: e.g. Coremetrics, Omniture, WebTrends, and/or Google Analytics
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a cross-functional team environment
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Can effectively communicate rationale to senior management
• Good at multitasking
• Scrupulous attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skill
• Fluent English skill in both written and verbal (Korean ability should be perfect)
